Please read the following Terms and Conditions before purchasing or using any of our templates, products. Any purchase or use of our products implies that you fully understand the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by Nova Templates (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.

1. Limited Usage Granted

NTC Bronze Membership - 1 Domain
NTC Bronze Membership - 2 Domains
NTC Gold Membersgip - 3 Domains
NTC Developer Membership - Unlimited Domains

If you wish to use the templates for multiple clients or sites, you should purchase the NTC Developer Membership or contact us discuss another possible solution. The NTC Developer Membership allows for usage on an unlimited number of domains/sites as long as the usage complies with the rest of the Terms and Conditions.

Developer members need to renew their Pro account if they wish to continue to deploy our templates to new clients after their existing NTC Developer Membership has expired.

*Please Note: Non-profit sites do not count towards your membership domain limit.

2. Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release and modifications as GPL or otherwise. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file. You may remove the copyright from the footer of NTC templates if needed. Porting to other platforms and content management systems and redistributing as GPL or otherwise is also strictly prohibited.

3. Unauthorized use

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Nova Templates. Please contact us if you require further clarification.

4. Updates

All templates are always designed for the latest version of Joomla, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of Joomla. Please use our forum to discuss any software-related issues regarding our products.

5. Membership

After we have succesfully received your payment, you will be able to login via our member login. Once logged in, you will have instant access to all templates and our club forum. Through your membership term you will have access to all templates and our club forum. After membership has expired, download access is removed, and club forum access is limited. Usage rights from your previous membership will remain.

6. Assignability

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license or Template Club subscription to anyone else without prior written consent from Nova Templates.

7. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Nova Templates. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

8. Use of Content

You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.

9. Refund Policy

Since Nova Templates is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we can only offer refunds if your account has not been logged-into yet. Please contact us if you need further clarification on our refund policy.

10. Warranty

Nova Templates does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Nova Templates templates will work with all browser combinations.

11. Support

Nova Templates offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Mambo/Joomla etc. A private members-only forum is available to Template Club members. Nova Templates does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.
